Crafty Fun Time with Amigurumi

I've started knitting toys for my first baby due in August and I might have found the funnest, productive hobby. I'm brand new to crochet, but it's incredibly easy when all you make are circles and balls. Knitting is still my favorite because it's easier on the hands, uses less yarn, and looks damn impressive when you've got a project engaging all five double-pointed needles. Click through the gallery to find a teddy (knit), owlet, and bunny. More to come. Patterns for these are downloadable below and loads more can be found online for free.

Lion (the teddy is just a lion with a short tail and without a mane)
